TCB Certification Guidelines

We are accredited to provide Wireless Device Certifications in the FCC’s TCB program, approving the most technologically advanced products accompanied by excellent customer service and fast and efficient turnaround. ACS TCB staff includes engineers with vast experience in testing, preparing and reviewing radio transmitter certification applications for approval. We have years of experience interfacing with the FCC for smooth, streamlined, and successful product approvals.

Responsibility

Subject to International Standard Organization (ISO) Guide 65 for Certification Bodies, ACS TCB accepts test data from listed and accredited laboratories. We orchestrate the entire Wireless Device Certification Process, including submission of electronic copy of each application certification, test, and grant to the Federal Communication Commission within just a few days of certification approval. We provide the FCC with copies of the completed product evaluation report immediately upon request.  ACS TCB assesses application fees for reviewing applications and reserves the right to revoke approved grants within 30 days when deemed necessary.

What is a TCB?:  A Telecommunication Certification Body is an organization with the authority to issue Certifications for compliance with Federal Communications Commission regulations.
