NVLAP/ISO 17025 Accreditation
ACS is a member of the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. This is the gold standard for EMC certification testing and product safety testing. ACS is accredited to almost 200 methods and standards. ACS is a member of the Certified Agent Program – Engineering Agent (CAP-EA) with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. ACS has the UL certification as a CAP-EA lab for Information Technology Equipment, Custom Built Kiosks, and Professional Audio and Video Equipment.
CAP-EA labs may perform UL testing on all products within their accredited product categories and scope, without UL witness. CAP-EA labs undergo rigorous quality system and technical audits by UL throughout the year to maintain their accreditation status. ACS works with UL engineers daily on a wide range of products and is perfectly suited to act as your professional liaison to Underwriters Laboratories. We can manage the UL Certification Listing or Recognition project from beginning to end.

ACS is a Qualified Product Safety Testing Laboratory under the CARAT Program. As a CARAT (Certified After Recognition of Agent's Testing) Certified laboratory through TÜV SÜD America Inc. This TUV certification means that ACS is accredited by TUV as a Partner Test Lab to perform testing for Information Technology Equipment, Audio/Video Equipment, Measurement, Control, and Laboratory Equipment for US and Canadian product Listings.
